At Windabout Enterprises Inc., we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the products that they purchase. If you experience any shipping or product issues, or if you have any other concerns, please send us an email and our team will assist you as soon as possible.

Fillable Information

Make sure to enter your full address and contact information. If your address is incomplete, your package may not be delivered, or we may not be able to process your order.

Return Policy

Not Happy with Your Order

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product for up to 60 days from the date that you received the product. The product must be unused with no visible wear and tear. You are responsible for paying for the costs of returning the product unless the return is required because of our error.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If the product is damaged, please let us know. To resolve the issue quickly, please email us at  help@tossnsave.com.

Include a photograph that shows the damaged area. To help us, photograph the item on a flat surface with the damaged area clearly displayed. We will send you a replacement as soon as we review your claim. We will use this information to help eliminate errors in the future.

Order Cancellation

Cancelling Unshipped Orders

If you want to cancel an order that we have not yet shipped, please email us at help@tossnsave.com.

To resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number.

Cancelling Shipped Orders

If you want to cancel an order that is already in transit, please contact us. We cannot recall your parcel at this point, so you must refuse to accept the parcel when it arrives. We will refund your payment after deducting shipping costs. We will issue a refund as soon as the parcel begins its return journey.

Warranty

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Insufficient care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Breakdown of colors and materials caused by sun exposure
  • After-market modifications

We will not accept any returns or exchanges for products that have been exposed to water.

Refund Policy

We will refund your purchases for the following reasons.

Not happy with the product, 60 days from the date that you received the product. Once received returned in warehouse.

If you have not received your order within 90 business days of receiving your order number.

Please note: Refunds will appear in your account in 3-5 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the return original shipping costs from your refund.
